Irving officials expressed their doubt about the quality of the Cowboys's facility in text messages. They urged the Cowboys to do necessary things to solve the problem. They said that the collapsed ffacility was never structurally sound enough to hold up straight-line winds. It was siad that the city officials gave the Cowboys preferential treatment, but they recently denied that speculation and said they treated every organization in the same way.
