Ravens WR Mason's returning time is still uncertain

Because of a shoulder surgery, the Ravens veteran WR Derrick Mason has missed the whole offseason. According to reports by the Baltimore Sun, Mason has not decided when he would return to field.

Here’s what Mason had to tell the Sun:

“You never know with Superman. I can come out with the cape and it could be the first day [of training camp] or the second week,” Mason said. “You never know. But I'm optimistic that when it's time to play, I'll be able to play whenever it is. I'll be able to play when we play Kansas City [in the regular-season opener].”

Mason injuried his shoulder in Week 10 of last season, but he still started 16 games in despite the injury and ended the season with 80 receptions for 1,037 yards and five touchdowns.
