Bucs LB Ruud is likely to skip start of mandatory minicamp

For the first time in his five-year career, Buccaneers linebacker Barrett Ruud did not take part in ny of the team's voluntary workouts this offseason. It is speculated that he may not show for the start of mandatory minicamp on Tuesday too, even though he would have to pay $8,000 of fines for missing the activity.

It is reported that Ruud is not the only one who may skip the minicamp. Guard Aaron Sears is dealing with an unspecified personal issue, and quarterback Brian Griese is unhappy with a crowded QB situation that could ultimately lead to his release, so the two are also likely to skip the Tuesday mandatory minicamp.

I am still unsure about the reason for Ruud's missing team activities.Write For Pay
